Service Description

ShieldStream provides DNS-level content filtering, ad blocking, and network security tools for families and teams. By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use

You may use ShieldStream only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service, redistribute access credentials, or use the platform to facilitate illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements without prior notice.

Privacy and Data

ShieldStream processes DNS queries to apply your filtering policies. We retain minimal activity logs to power your dashboard and improve the service, and we never sell personal data to third parties. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

ShieldStream is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will block every threat or be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShieldStream and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
